1. Making A PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier.1. Simply Browse and Select Goods Just browse through the website at your leisure or if you are searching for something in particular try using the search box at the top left of every page. When you see something you want to buy, click on the 'add to basket' button. You will then be taken to the Shopping Basket which will show you goods as you choose them. Click on 'Continue Shopping' to keep browsing the site. When you've made all your choices click on the 'Checkout Now' button on the Shopping Basket page. You will then proceed to the checkout pages. 2. Checkout The checkout process lets you check and confirm your order and pay. Payment by debit or credit card is accepted via secure on-line server WorldPay. You do not have to open an account with WorldPay to pay for your order. When you have completed shopping, simply select the option to pay via WorldPay. This will take you directly to the page that will enable you to pay. We also accept payment via www.paypal.co.uk however please note that you will be required to open an account with paypal to enable you to use this secure server. |

3. Credit Card SecurityAt Giftmonger.com we protect your details when we process your order using 128-bit SSL encryption software. Pay securely online with any of the cards displayed at the bottom of the page or with your Paypal account. We use WorldPay to securely process credit/debit card payments and Paypal payments online. This uses a 128-bit SSL certificate to ensure that your details remain secure at all times. All details entered on our website are encrypted using 128-bit encryption. |
4. The Giftmonger GuaranteeWe have a "14 day no quibble" guarantee. The principle is simple...we never quibble on items sent back to us within this 14 day period. At Giftmonger anything you buy from us that fails to make the grade can be returned if it is unworn and in a saleable condition. |
5. Privacy PolicyGiftmonger is committed to protecting your privacy and promises only to use information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Giftmonger do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. When placing an order, you may submit personal data to Giftmonger such as your name, phone number, postal address, email address and contact details. We may also record which you buy as well as customer traffic patterns and site use. This information will be kept securely in accordance with our internal security policy and would only ever by used to: a) remember your details so you do not have to enter them all again on your next visit, b) process your order, c) help fraud prevention i.e. we check card details with our credit agency and reserve the right to refuse orders on that basis, d) administer prize draws and newsletters. By placing an order and submitting your data you agree to this use. Cookies are used to keep track of the contents you select to add to your shopping basket. 6. Returns PolicyFor Unwanted Products We offer a "30 day no quibble" guarantee and so you can send any item you are not completely satisfied with back to us unused, with any original tags attached and in a resaleable condition, within 30 days and we will refund you the price you paid for that item(excluding P&P). We will make the refund to the debit/credit card or Paypal account used to pay for the goods within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you. You will only have to pay for the return postage of the products. For Faulty Products We try our best here at Giftmonger to ensure the products we send arrive in good condition. However, if the product you ordered arrives damaged or faulty, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the product to us within 30 days of receipt. Returning Unwanted or Faulty Products No refund can be given if goods are returned more than 30 days after the invoice date. We regret we cannot give refunds for postage on incorrect purchases. This does not affect your statuory rights. Please note that you are responsible for items sent back to us until they are received by ourselves. And so for you own protection, we recommend returning items using an insured method such as recorded delivery that will need to be signed for by us, for expensive items. On lesser value items you should obtain a certificate of posting from your post office when you send the items back to us. No charge is made by the post office for this service.
