2. Shipping and HandlingHere at Giftmonger we deliver to destinations inside and outside the UK. For UK Standard Delivery If your item is in stock, we will do our best to send out your order within 1 to 2 days (subject to stock availability). In busy times it may take us a little longer. Depending how much it weighs, your order will go by Royal Mail second class or standard parcel, or by courier, in which case a signature will be required when you receive your parcel. (Note: Orders received after 1pm on Friday afternoon will not be dispatched until Monday morning.) Bulky items may require a small additional delivery charge in order to be sent. In this case, a member of the Giftmonger team will contact you by phone or email to confirm any charges prior to dispatch. Please allow 3-5 days working days to receive your order once it has been dispatched. (In busy times this may take a little longer.) Please let us know if you need your parcel dispatched urgently and we can arrange for your package to be sent by express delivery for a small additional charge. UK delivery charge - order value less than £35 - £3.95 - all orders sent 2nd class order value more than £35 - FREE! UK Express Delivery charge - all orders - £5.95 - all orders sent 1st class - please allow 1-2 days for delivery. UK Special Delivery charge - all orders - £6.95 - all orders sent by Royal Mail's Next Day Special Delivery. (Please order by no later than 11am for Next Day Delivery.) Re-delivery Please provide us with a delivery address where parcels can be received. As once orders have been returned due to not being collected, a re-delivery charge of £3.95 will be incurred. For Overseas orders For all overseas orders delivery costs vary depending on the weight of your order and destination. To check simply add the products you are interested in to your basket and go to the checkout stage. When you select the country you would like to ship to, the next page will inform you of the delivery cost. Delivery time for overseas orders varies but should not take longer than 2 weeks from when we send it. Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. In this case, the shipping company should advise you of the charges due or else you should consult your local customs office. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and Giftmonger is not responsible for them. All items are dispatched with the correct customs labels on. However, please be aware that your parcel may be opened and inspected by customs and that items can be delayed through customs. For all orders For all orders, we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on Giftmonger.com but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If you don't receive your order within the estimated delivery time quoted, please contact us by email at sales@giftmonger.com and we will try and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Please note that while items sent by the Royal Mail usually arrive within 3-5 working days, Royal Mail stipulates that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost. Please ensure you place an order from Giftmonger with enough time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as Giftmonger can't be held responsible for this. Out of stock items If any items are ordered that are not currently in stock or if there are any problems with your order, a member of the Giftmonger team would inform you straight away. Pay securely online with any of the cards displayed at the bottom of the page. We use WorldPay to securely process credit/debit card payments online. This uses a 128-bit SSL certificate to ensure that your credit card details remain secure at all times. You can also pay for your order securely via PayPal if you have an existing PayPal account or you can create a new one with the trusted leaders in online payments. 4. The Giftmonger GuaranteeWe have a "14 day no quibble" guarantee. The principle is simple...we never quibble on items sent back to us within this 14 day period. At Giftmonger anything you buy from us that fails to make the grade can be returned if it is unworn and in a saleable condition. |
5. Privacy PolicyGiftmonger is committed to protecting your privacy and promises only to use information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Giftmonger do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. When placing an order, you may submit personal data to Giftmonger such as your name, phone number, postal address, email address and contact details. We may also record which you buy as well as customer traffic patterns and site use. This information will be kept securely in accordance with our internal security policy and would only ever by used to: a) remember your details so you do not have to enter them all again on your next visit, b) process your order, c) help fraud prevention i.e. we check card details with our credit agency and reserve the right to refuse orders on that basis, d) administer prize draws and newsletters. 6. Returns PolicyFor Unwanted Products We offer a "30 day no quibble" guarantee and so you can send any item you are not completely satisfied with back to us unused, with any original tags attached and in a resaleable condition, within 30 days and we will refund you the price you paid for that item(excluding P&P). We will make the refund to the debit/credit card or Paypal account used to pay for the goods within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you. You will only have to pay for the return postage of the products. For Faulty Products We try our best here at Giftmonger to ensure the products we send arrive in good condition. However, if the product you ordered arrives damaged or faulty, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the product to us within 30 days of receipt. Returning Unwanted or Faulty Products No refund can be given if goods are returned more than 30 days after the invoice date. We regret we cannot give refunds for postage on incorrect purchases. This does not affect your statuory rights. Please note that you are responsible for items sent back to us until they are received by ourselves. And so for you own protection, we recommend returning items using an insured method such as recorded delivery that will need to be signed for by us, for expensive items. On lesser value items you should obtain a certificate of posting from your post office when you send the items back to us. No charge is made by the post office for this service.
